I was in Turkey when my father died suddenly back in the UK, Turkish Riviera travel managed to get me a seat on a flight the next day and arranged a taxi to collect me from the airport. They advised me to make an insurance claim at a later date which I did and was fully reimbursed. Their level of customer care is exceptional, hence I always recommend them to family and friends. Having never previously holidayed in Turkey we were unsure of resorts. We were given advice on resorts and attractions before we decided what was right for us. We first went to Side, then to Fethiye both times in well positioned clean hotels, we enjoyed both holidays and resorts. We highly recommend the company for knowledge, value and customer care. The personal service from this company was second to none as were the prices, it goes without saying we will be booking with them again. We have been on holiday four times with this company and would not go anywhere else now, their level of customer care is exceptional. You would have to look hard to find a better holiday deal than with Turkish Riviera Travel. They have knowledge of promotional offers across the board with flight prices a fraction of most high street agents, keep it up and you will keep our custom. We bought then sold an apartment in Alanya, then bought a villa there, all overseen by the Turkish Riviera team with their expert resort knowledge and contacts in the construction and legal industry. We have had no problems whatsoever unlike many disaster stories you hear of. We knew on arrival we had made the right choice, picked up in a Mercedes given refreshments on the way, a great family suite at the Banana hotel, free food and drink from morning till night loads for the kids as well as us the hotel even had a private beach. All the information we needed was in our suite we had no need to attend a welcome meeting. We had a great family holiday and have recommended Turkish Riviera to friends and family who have been delighted with the service and value. We were totally thrilled from start to finish. Exceptional value for money holiday we stayed in a modern apart hotel with a nice atmosphere, pool close to the beach shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a 2 week holiday (2 adults & 2 children) in August for £930.00. We were so impressed we have booked for a different resort in 2006. Never dreamed anywhere in Turkey had disco and night clubs to match the UK. We were given discount vouchers which got us free and discounted drinks, entry’s and our rep arranged a free hotel pick up service from our hotel. Great resort, hotel and price with friendly efficient staff available 24/7 if needed. Thank you Alanya is a beautiful place, which appears to provide enjoyment for all age groups. We had one of our nicer holidays with Turkish Riviera Travel Group who really provide excellent knowledge of the country, local area and culture. I would recommend them to anyone planning a Turkish holiday. As a single parent it was great to be offered single parent discount high season as well as low season which all other travel agents I know do. Turkish Riviera Travel are a total family friendly travel company. We usually have a problem finding affordable suitable accommodation with 5 children under 12. Their private apartments are heaven with all the home comforts on holiday at unbelievable prices. We booked our 2006 holiday while we were there last year. My husband suffered an angina attack while we were on holiday in Alanya 2003. A Turkish Riviera Travel representative took us to a local hospital which was like a 5* hotel. They kept him in over night for observation. We had no financial worries as the representative arranged with the hospital to fax our insurers to claim the payment direct. We were not even Turkish Riviera Travel guests at the time. The service and peace of mind we received from the company has guaranteed us returning to Turkey with them since. |
