Lykia World sits on a total area of 370,000 sq metres on the outskirts of Babadaglari in Fethiye Olu-Deniz (Dead Sea).

Lykia World offers 2 separate forms of accomodation (Residence & Village).

The Residence

If you want the comfort of a hotel but the feeling of a holiday resort the Residence is the right choice for you. Ideal for couples or singles who require a comfortable & relaxing atmosphere of a club hotel (Open all year). The beautiful rooms have a complete bathroom suite which includes hairdryer and toiletries, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, Internet connection, voice message service, safe box, beach towels, air-conditioning July-Aug, heating in winter if required, laundry, and room service, coats added for under 2's free of charge.

The Residence has a total of 266 large rooms planned for 1-5 gusets. Room categories are;

114 Doubles (1-3 guests)

74 Doubles with side sea view (1-3 guests)

24 Delux suites with sea or pool view, 2 rooms with 1 jacuzzi & 1 with shower (1-3 guests)

27 Connecting family rooms (making 54) with maximum 6 beds, adjoining doors between, 2 bathrooms.

The Village

For guests wanting eveything accessible whether it be fun & games or peace & quiet. With 609 rooms which all have shower room, wc, hairdryer, toiletries, satellite TV with English information channel, direct dial telephone, voice message service, Internet connection, safe box, balcony or terrace (unless stated otherwise), mini-bar, laundry service, air-conditioning July & August. Free cots for under 2's, Room categories are;

74 Doubles (1-2 guests)

134 Large Doubles. (1-4 guests). Guest sofas converts to bed 3&4

281 Family Rooms similar to above but with full sea view

111 Family Rooms 1 entrance with 5th sofa bed suitable for child up to 12 years

62 Double rooms with connecting doors (making 124 in total), 2 shower rooms, & balconies for up to 4 adults and 2 children

44 Large double rooms with connecting doors (making 88 in total) similar to above with connecting doors, 2 shower rooms, full sea view suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.

40 Double rooms with garden and no balcony

10 Rooms no balcony, 2 separate rooms, 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, separate entrance, 1 shower room up to 4 guests

Price Tariff

Prices are per person per week on a full board basis sharing a standard village room. Children 0-15 free when sharing with 2 adults. Superior, family and deluxe suites available surcharges apply
